Zunjie V800 announced the third party test results of brake pedal: pressurized 3000N unbroken damage
[TechWeb] October 13 news, according to the blogger "future learning notes" broke the news, there have been Zunjie car owners have received the first line of sales issued about the brake pedal event official instructions.

The description shows that on October 11, a nationally recognized third-party testing agency inspected the V800 brake pedal, and the results met the requirements of the industry standard QC/T 788-2018 (longitudinal force 1500N, displacement ≤ 5mm). After strict inspection to longitudinal force 3000N, no cracks or damage occurred.
It is reported that a total of 18 vehicles were involved in this test. Among them, 4 sets of Zunjie V800 brake pedals were tested for longitudinal force 1500N according to industry standards, and the average displacement was 2.61 mm. The inspection results of the tested strength items met the QC/T 788-2018 standard. The inspection report showed that the permanent deformation of the 4 samples was 2.04 mm, 4.07 mm, 2.05 mm and 2.28 mm, respectively, and no cracks and damage occurred.
It is worth mentioning that in the testing of the other 14 vehicles, the longitudinal force was gradually increased to 3000N, the loading speed was 20mm/min, and the longitudinal force was released for 5s. A total of 5 times were performed, and no cracks or damage occurred in the visual inspection. As a reference, the 3000N longitudinal force is about 306 kg.

According to the data, in the daily emergency braking, the driver can achieve the maximum braking efficiency of the vehicle by stepping out of 200-700N; in a high-speed emergency situation, the human body inertia superimposes the leg force, and the instantaneous pedaling peak can reach 1500N, and the maximum can exceed 2000N in a few extreme scenarios.
Earlier, KnowCart Emperor released a video showing that all brake pedal supports broke when the three V800s with extremely short driving range underwent continuous emergency braking tests from 100km/h to 0 in a closed field, and the pedal force reading at the moment of the break of the third vehicle was 1612N.
That night, Zunjie Automobile released a statement saying that its brake system has been developed and verified in accordance with the requirements higher than the national standard and higher than the industry standard. Since the delivery of the first batch of vehicles, there has been no breakage of the brake pedal bracket base in the actual use scenario of the user, and the design of the component will be further optimized to provide the delivered user with free upgrade options.
The emperor responded that the 100-kilometer brake experiment was one of the most basic subjects for the actual measurement of the car, and it was not an extreme working condition. The net transmission of the "4589N" pedal force value was actually a remnant of the difference in the frame rate of the high-speed camera. The real peak data was 1612N.
At the same time, the Venerable Realm said that the relevant optimization plan has been promoted. It will be upgraded for all car owners from November, including the Venerable Realm S800. However, knowing the specific reasons for the breakage in the Vehicle Emperor Test, the official said that it is still under further investigation.
