WAIC 2026 focuses on the side of the landing, LiuLian intelligent full-stack AI terminal to open the delivery closed loop

On July 17, the 2026 World Conference on Artificial Intelligence and the High-level Conference on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence were officially opened in Shanghai World Expo, Zhangjiang, and the four halls on the west bank. With the theme of "intelligent partner, create the future together", the exhibition area exceeded 100,000 square meters for the first time, more than 1,100 companies participated in the exhibition, and more than 300 products were launched. Agents are the absolute core of the conference. Four of the ten "Treasures of the Town Hall" of the conference are agent products, and more than 10% of the forum topics revolve around agents. AI is no longer limited to dialogue and interaction tools, but has evolved into a digital employee with both perception, decision-making, and execution capabilities, and end-side AI has become the core discussion direction of the whole venue.

End-side AI landing, why is the industry chain "difficult to walk"

At this year's WAIC, the landing path of end-side AI became the hottest topic of discussion. In the past, the market has paid more attention to the parameters and performance of the model, and this year, productization capabilities and delivery efficiency have become the new yardstick for measuring the competitiveness of enterprises. The industry generally believes that end-side deployment is the only way for AI to benefit - data is locally closed-loop, taking into account computing power performance and information security. However, the reality is that from the underlying computing power selection, hardware adaptation to model deployment, and industry application packaging, the fragmentation of each link in the industrial chain leads to long landing cycles and high adaptation costs.

There are many such contrasts in the exhibition area: on the one hand, there is an excellent model or hardware display, but when asked whether it can be directly deployed to specific business scenarios, the answer is often incomplete; on the other hand, there are those companies that have both hardware R&D, software self-research and industry integration capabilities, and the flow of people in front of the booth is always continuous. This contrast reveals a core contradiction - the AI industry does not lack a single point of competence, what is lacking is a closed loop from technology to the complete delivery of products.

How to get through the last kilometer of the "Triple Character"

LiuLian Intelligence, located in Hall H2, has built eight themed real-life exhibition areas, and fully exhibited a full class AI terminal matrix covering mobile AIPC and AI workstations to AI servers, as well as the self-developed SIXCLAW AI OS software system, completing the shortcomings of the industrial chain with a full stack mode. Unlike most manufacturers' single category display ideas, LiuLian Intelligent simultaneously assumes the triple role of hardware ODM, AI software ISV, and project integration SI, opening up the underlying computing power, terminal equipment, agent platform, and vertical industry application full link.

At the hardware level, Liulian Intelligent has seven R&D centers and seven intelligent production bases, with large-scale shipping capabilities. The full range of AI terminal matrices are deeply compatible with mainstream computing platforms at home and abroad such as AMD, Intel, Longxin, and Zhaoxin. At the software level, the self-developed SIXCLAW AI OS has built a complete ecology covering model management, agent execution, and computing power scheduling. The four major self-developed software matrix AI assistants, EAM enterprise agent management platform, AI home hub, and Token Router are respectively for personal AI assistants, enterprise agent platforms, home AI hubs, and underlying computing power scheduling middle offices, covering the needs of individuals, families, and enterprises in all scenarios.

During the exhibition, Ding Zhan, general manager of the Liulian Intelligent Sales Center, and Teng Xiang, director of AI products, took the eight major exhibition areas as clues in an exclusive interview with the media, combined with the physical dismantling of the full stack technology logic in the exhibition area in detail, and introduced how the program can meet the local deployment, data closed loop, and offline computing needs of government and enterprises.

Connected agents, from initiative to practice

After the large-scale popularization of agents, cross-manufacturer and cross-platform agents interoperability and collaboration have become a new industry problem. The "Global Cooperation Initiative on Mutual Trust and Interoperability of Agents" released during the conference pointed directly to this core - promoting cross-vendor, cross-platform agents to achieve mutual trust authentication and collaboration, and establishing the basic rules for the multi-agent era. Behind this initiative is the urgent need for the industry to transform from "individual combat" to "ecological synergy". The demand for local data storage and offline computing in government, finance, industry and other fields continues to rise, but most vendors only provide a single piece of hardware or fragmented software, which makes it difficult to complete end-to-end delivery. It is precisely this proposition that is answered in advance at the industry linkage meeting held by Sixth United Intelligence during the conference.

On July 18, LiuLian Intelligent held a "full stack base, ecological integration" AI terminal and ISV scenario-based landing industry linkage meeting in the WAIC Connect industry docking area, setting up two round tables, "ISV application ecological industry exchange" and "AI industry ecological exchange", inviting AMD, China Academy of Information and Communications, Fuxin Software, Shenghuan Future, Tao Si Data and other industrial chain enterprises to launch a dialogue around domestic computing power adaptation, ISV ecological co-build, OPC developer support and other issues, forming a number of consensus that can be landed.

The ecological cooperation path of LiuLian Intelligent is very clear: LiuLian Intelligent Output standardized hardware and the underlying base of SIXCLAW AI OS are unified to undertake computing power scheduling, model management, security compliance and other underlying work; ISV service providers rely on the base to rapidly develop industry-specific applications, greatly reducing software and hardware adaptation costs. According to the booth staff, LiuLian Intelligent has cooperated with more than 200 ISV partners to implement joint programs in education, finance, industry, medical and other fields.

The reporter learned that in this WAIC, "full stack" is not a new word, but companies that can cover everything from hardware manufacturing to software ecology to industry integration are still a minority. The "ODM + ISV + SI" triple role of LiuLian Intelligence is essentially to do the "connector" of the AI industry chain, reduce the threshold for service providers to adapt, and let end customers get out-of-the-box AI solutions.

Delivery capability becomes a new ruler for AI landing

Looking at the current WAIC, pragmatic and inclusive are the consensus of the whole industry, and local side computing power, integrated software and hardware bases, and industrial chain ecological synergy have become the mainstream development direction of the industry. A noticeable change occurred on the scene: when the audience consulted the AI product, the focus of the question was shifted from "model parameter size" to "can it be directly used in the enterprise business". This transformation marks the official arrival of the era of Agent PC. AI has changed from a topic of technical discussion to an immediate need for corporate procurement, and has a complete end-to-end delivery capability, which will become the core yardstick for determining the competitiveness of AI enterprises in the market.
